Staff Product Manager

2. About the Opportunity:
The Staff Product Manager will shape product vision and deliver exceptional experiences for learners and partners. The role involves defining product strategy, owning key platform roadmaps, and influencing cross-functional teams to drive measurable business impact. This position balances strategic direction with hands-on execution and plays a critical role in advancing AI-powered product features.
3. Responsibilities:
Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for a priority platform area.
Translate customer insights and market trends into scalable integrated solutions.
Lead product execution from ideation through development and launch.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to deliver AI-powered features.
Use data and customer feedback to guide continuous improvement.
Mentor peers and contribute to building a strong product organization.
4. Requirements:
Experience building or working with AI-driven products, especially in workflow automation, conversational AI, or agentic AI.
Proven track record in taking products from concept to launch with measurable results.
Ability to operate effectively in environments with high ambiguity and rapid change.
Strong intellectual capacity, curiosity, proactiveness, and foundational product skills.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
