About the Opportunity:
The SENIOR SYSTEMS INTEGRATION ENGINEER role involves building and maintaining frameworks that integrate software and hardware for robotics development platforms targeting automated urban driving systems. This position is responsible for developing tools and processes to collect and manage vehicle data, ensuring the reliability and correctness of robotic systems through software testing frameworks, and supporting integration and testing of fully automated vehicles. The role contributes by enhancing testing methodologies and supporting algorithmic development, playing a key part in advancing automated vehicle capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Build frameworks to integrate software and hardware for robotics development platforms.
Perform software development and use introspection tools in Linux and embedded environments.
Develop and deploy vehicle data collection and ingestion systems.
Create and apply software testing frameworks for system validation.
Conduct system integration and testing for fully automated vehicles.
Develop innovative software-based testing tools to support integration, testing, and algorithm development activities.
Requirements:
Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Robotics, Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
Minimum of two years’ experience in systems integration, development engineering, or a related role.
Proficiency in Python programming.
Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
Linux administration skills.
Familiarity with Scrum methodology.
Knowledge of dependency management.
Proficiency in C++ programming.
Experience with automation tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Annual Salary: $185,000 - $190,000
