Role Description The Owner at ServiX Engineering will oversee the overall strategic direction, operations, and growth of the initiative. This full-time, on-site role in Idukki involves managing projects, supervising content and resource development, and ensuring that materials align with the needs of students and professionals in automation, electrical, and electronics engineering. The Owner will coordinate with partners, institutions, and contributors, handle budgeting and planning, and maintain operational efficiency. Daily responsibilities include reviewing and approving technical content, guiding marketing and outreach activities, building community engagement, and ensuring that all activities support the mission of promoting engineering education and practice.
Qualifications
Strong background in automation, electrical, or electronics engineering, with the ability to oversee technical content and resources.
Experience in project management and operations, including planning, coordination, and execution of multiple initiatives.
Skills in leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication to guide contributors and partners effectively.
Basic understanding of educational content development, curriculum support, or training materials for students and professionals.
Business acumen, including budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic planning for organizational growth.
Ability to work on-site in Idukki and collaborate with local institutions, industry partners, and community members.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced qualifications in engineering or management are an advantage.
