Channel Partnerships Manager
About Codvo.ai
Codvo.ai is a B2B enterprise AI company building agentic and predictive intelligence products for regulated, data-heavy industries. Our portfolio spans Agentic GIS, PIE (Predictive Intelligence Engine), NeIO Assistant, Surgery Scribe, SDAI (Settlement Demand AI), and Digital Recruiter — serving enterprise customers across Oil & Gas, LNG, energy and utilities, MedTech, insurance, energy, and adjacent verticals.
The Role
We're building a channel motion at Codvo — resellers, technology alliances, system integrators, and industry partners that will help us scale our AI product portfolio into new geographies and verticals. We're looking for a Channel Partnerships Manager to design and run this motion end-to-end, from partner recruitment through joint pipeline and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and onboard channel partners across target verticals — Oil & gas, LNG, Energy & Utilities, geospatial, and public sector
Build the Codvo Partner Program from the ground up: partner tiers, commercial terms, enablement, MDF, and deal registration
Own the full partner lifecycle — sourcing, contracting, enablement, joint pipeline, and quarterly business reviews
Drive sourced and influenced pipeline through partners, working in lockstep with Sales and Growth Marketing
Create partner-facing collateral: pitch decks, battle cards, demo scripts, and co-branded assets
Design and execute joint go-to-market plays with strategic technology alliances (cloud, data, platform)
Run partner events, webinars, co-marketing campaigns, and enablement sessions
Report on partner-sourced revenue, partner-influenced pipeline, and overall program health
Feed partner and field intelligence back into Product and Marketing to sharpen roadmap and messaging
Qualifications
6–10 years of channel / partnerships experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise AI
Demonstrated track record of building or scaling a partner program, with quantified sourced-pipeline results
Familiarity with SI, VAR, reseller, and technology-alliance models
Strong commercial acumen — comfortable structuring partner economics and negotiating agreements
Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and how channel motions complement direct sales
An existing partner network in one or more of our target verticals is a strong plus
Excellent relationship management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA preferred
What You'll Own in Year One
A launched Codvo Partner Program with 2 tiers and documented commercial terms
5–10 signed partners actively contributing to sourced or influenced pipeline
20%+ of new pipeline sourced or influenced by partners by end of year
A playbook and enablement kit ready to scale the program to 25+ partners in Year 2
Work arrangement
