Role Description The Owner role at Farishta Exports is a full-time, on-site position based in Ajmer, focused on overseeing end-to-end business operations. Responsibilities include managing production activities, ensuring product quality standards, and coordinating with suppliers, customers, and export partners. The Owner will handle strategic planning, pricing, and market expansion, as well as supervise inventory, logistics, and compliance with relevant regulations. This role involves leading and mentoring staff, optimizing workflows, and making data-informed decisions to drive sales growth and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients.
Qualifications
Strong business management and leadership skills, with the ability to oversee manufacturing, supply, and export operations.
Experience in garment or textile industry, preferably with knowledge of menswear, womenswear, kids wear, and fashion accessories.
Proficiency in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial oversight for a small to medium-sized enterprise.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for working with suppliers, buyers, logistics partners, and regulatory bodies.
Understanding of quality control processes, product specifications, and international trade standards.
Ability to manage on-site teams, coordinate workflows, and maintain a safe and efficient workplace.
Familiarity with export documentation, customs procedures, and basic international marketing practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Textile/Fashion Management, or a related field is beneficial; relevant industry experience may substitute formal education.
Comfort with using basic business software, inventory systems, and digital communication tools.
