Role Description The Healthcare Specialist will provide on-site health support and emergency medical response for team members working on utilities and infrastructure projects in New Delhi. This full-time role includes monitoring health and safety conditions, performing basic medical assessments, and responding to incidents with appropriate emergency care. The Healthcare Specialist will maintain medical supplies, document health-related events, and collaborate with project managers to support safe working practices. Daily responsibilities also involve delivering health and safety training, advising on preventive care, and communicating clearly with team members and external medical providers as needed.
Qualifications
Demonstrated emergency medical skills, such as EMT experience or equivalent pre-hospital care training.
Strong knowledge of general medicine and occupational health principles relevant to field-based work.
Effective communication skills, including the ability to explain medical information clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience in delivering training related to health, safety, or emergency response in a workplace setting.
Background in healthcare or a related discipline, with relevant certifications or licenses as required by local regulations.
Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, adapt to field conditions, and respond calmly under pressure.
Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in construction, utilities, or industrial environments is an advantage.
