Hence assurance is being increasingly required on industry issues, business risks and key business processes. The Governance, Risk & Compliance Services practice assists companies and public sector bodies to mitigate risk, improve performance and create value.
We assist our clients to effectively manage business and process risks by providing a full spectrum of corporate governance, risk management, and Compliance Services. These services are tailored to meet client’s individual needs, and provide effective support to management in meeting the challenges and opportunities presented by today's complex business environment.

Role and Responsibilities
Assist in Concurrent Audits of financial institutions, including banks and NBFCs.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors during audit cycles.
Assist in remediation of control deficiencies and track progress.
Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirement
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle).
Qualifications:
Cleared CA Foundation in 2025 ; candidates who have cleared both groups of CA Intermediate will be preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
Internship or article-ship experience in audit or financial services is a plus.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle).
