Role Description The Senior Graphic Designer role at ProDyum IT is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This role involves leading the creation of high-quality visual designs for digital campaigns, brand assets, social media creatives, web interfaces, and marketing materials. The Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and development teams to interpret briefs, develop concepts, and deliver cohesive designs aligned with brand guidelines and client goals. Responsibilities include overseeing the design process from ideation to final delivery, providing art direction, maintaining visual consistency across platforms, and ensuring all designs are optimized for digital use. The role also requires mentoring junior designers, staying updated on design trends and tools, and contributing to overall creative strategy.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including the creation of brand identities and style guides.
Solid understanding of Typography and its application in digital and print layouts.
Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
Experience designing for social media, websites, and digital marketing campaigns.
Ability to translate business and marketing objectives into clear visual concepts.
Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience in motion graphics, basic video editing, or UI/UX design is an added advantage.
