Specialty Imports Sales Specialist

This is a professional sales role focused on expanding new business and driving profitable growth within the Specialty and Import segment. You will develop targeted sales strategies, identify customer needs, and build product solutions that support business objectives. The role combines consultative selling, market expertise, data analysis, and relationship management to strengthen customer partnerships. You will work closely with sales teams, specialists, manufacturers, brokers, and other stakeholders to uncover opportunities and support regional growth. Success will require strong knowledge of Specialty and Import categories, an understanding of customer operations, and the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales plans. The position also offers opportunities to engage directly with customers and prospects through industry events, product demonstrations, and other sales activities. This is a field-oriented opportunity with travel of up to 50% and a strong focus on customer experience, business development, and continuous learning.
