Sr. Rx Marketplace Program Contract Manager

This is a senior contract management role supporting contracting activities across a prescription marketplace program, from negotiation through implementation. You will help develop effective agreements, manage contract lifecycles, and ensure commercial arrangements meet business objectives while minimizing risk. The role requires strong knowledge of the pharmacy industry, health plan and employer contracting, regulatory considerations, and revenue structures. You will work closely with legal stakeholders and internal teams to establish appropriate terms and support successful program execution. The position also involves staying current on product offerings and industry developments to ensure contracts accurately reflect evolving business needs. Success in this role requires strong organization, follow-through, analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and the ability to build productive relationships.
