Implementation Engineer II, Fusus

2. About the Opportunity:
The Implementation Engineer II role is a client-facing position responsible for leading the design and delivery of technical integrations that provide value to public safety partners. The position plays a key role in ensuring high-quality implementation, client satisfaction, and effective project execution across multiple teams.
3. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients and project teams to architect and deliver software integrations
Implement processes to maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
Analyze IT system architectures for technical project scoping and system improvements
Manage technical projects both remotely and onsite
Communicate project progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Work with account management to meet customer needs
Identify and recommend integration opportunities involving cloud and on-premises systems
Capture requirements and support development, testing, and deployment of integrations
Write code to optimize implementation tasks using API capabilities
4. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
Minimum 4 years’ experience in technical systems analysis and software solution development
Expert knowledge of networking, LAN/WAN, security, IP Video, and Video Management Systems
Strong Linux expertise, including containerization platforms (Docker preferred)
Advanced understanding of cloud technologies and software development tools
Experience with IT business processes like Architecture Review Boards and Security Reviews
Proficiency with API structures and systems integration (REST, SOAP)
Skills in SQL, Python, Java, and cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)
Strong communication skills across varying technical proficiencies
Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
Must pass and maintain CJIS background clearance
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Starting base pay ranges from USD 88,209 to USD 141,134 depending on geographic market and candidate factors
