About the Opportunity:
The TALENT SOURCING ASSOCIATE role is designed to support executive recruitment by identifying and engaging top talent for critical and niche positions worldwide. This position contributes to the organization's mission by building hiring pipelines and managing candidate interactions, thereby ensuring that leadership roles are filled with qualified individuals who can advance strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
Partner with recruiters to develop hiring pipelines and priorities.
Understand business needs across global and cross-functional recruitments.
Conduct independent research to identify top talent using creative sourcing methods.
Manage multiple projects with attention to detail and urgency.
Participate in candidate screening, sourcing calls, and recruitment project management.
Source candidates through networks, social media, job boards, and other channels.
Track and update candidate information using CRM and ATS tools.
Provide recruitment status reports to recruiters and hiring managers.
Prioritize candidate profiles and present to recruiters.
Facilitate candidate interviews and distribute preparation materials.
Engage in networking events to enhance sourcing skills.
Assist in training staff on sourcing and recruiting techniques.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Proven ability to build trust and partnerships with recruiters and senior leadership.
Minimum of three years’ experience with applicant tracking systems, including reporting.
Experience conducting sourcing calls, phone screens, and reference checks.
Proficient in sourcing via social media and advanced internet research.
Knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques like Boolean searches.
Experience managing and leading projects.
Skilled in writing and posting job advertisements.
Ability to handle confidential data responsibly.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Box with data management capabilities.
Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
Resourceful multitasker with persistence.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The starting pay range for this position in the USA is generally $77,800 to $103,800, with actual pay based on location, qualifications, skills, and experience. Different countries have local pay ranges.
