Role Description
As a Blockchain Crypto Fund & Portfolio Specialist, you will focus on identifying and analyzing talent, companies, investment ecosystems, and emerging opportunities across blockchain, cryptocurrency, digital assets, funds, and portfolio strategy. You will combine crypto-market knowledge with research and ecosystem intelligence to support talent and business opportunities across the evolving Web3 investment landscape.
Responsibilities
• Research blockchain companies, crypto funds, digital-asset firms, and emerging Web3 investment ecosystems
• Analyze crypto portfolio strategies, digital assets, blockchain projects, and investment-related opportunities
• Identify talent and professional profiles with experience across crypto funds, portfolio management, digital assets, DeFi, and blockchain investment
• Develop market intelligence on crypto investment, fund strategy, portfolio management, and blockchain venture activity
• Research emerging roles and skill requirements across crypto funds, Web3 investment firms, and digital-asset companies
• Analyze trends across DeFi, Layer 1 and Layer 2 ecosystems, stablecoins, tokenization, blockchain infrastructure, and digital assets
• Build talent and market research frameworks for crypto investment and portfolio-related positions
• Evaluate candidate backgrounds against fund, portfolio, investment research, and digital-asset strategy requirements
• Track developments in cryptocurrency markets, Web3 investment, venture funding, and digital-asset employment
• Prepare research reports, talent-market analyses, portfolio-sector reports, and industry intelligence
• Support clients seeking specialized talent across crypto funds, blockchain ventures, digital assets, and Web3 financial services
• Develop relationships with crypto professionals, investors, founders, portfolio specialists, and Web3 companies
• Identify emerging skill gaps and talent opportunities within the digital-asset investment ecosystem
• Contribute to Web3 career-development initiatives and professional market insights
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain, investment research, portfolio analysis, recruitment, financial services, or Web3
• Strong understanding of crypto markets, blockchain technology, digital assets, and Web3 ecosystems
• Knowledge of crypto funds, portfolio strategy, venture investing, asset allocation, or investment research
• Familiarity with DeFi, tokenomics, stablecoins, Layer 1 and Layer 2 networks, and blockchain infrastructure
• Strong research, analytical, and market-intelligence skills
• Ability to understand both technical and financial aspects of blockchain businesses
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
• Ability to identify specialized talent and understand complex crypto-sector job requirements
• Strong interest in the intersection of Web3 careers, investment, and digital-asset markets
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in crypto recruitment, venture capital, asset management, or talent intelligence is a plus

Compensation
$130,000–$155,000 per year, depending on experience, investment knowledge, Web3 expertise, and relevant qualifications.
