Location: Melbou0 engineers (hardware, software, AI) + 3 commercial strategists
Role: Senior Electrical Engineer
We’re currently looking for an experienced electrical engineer to join our hardware team.
Core Expertise:
Expert-level proficiency in Altium for designing high-density, multi-layer PCBs in space-constrained devices (e.g., smartphones, wearables, IoT).
Hands-on experience in schematic capture, component selection, BOM optimization, DFM/DFT, PCB fabrication oversight, assembly, testing, and debugging.
Proven ability to balance size, latency, and signal/power integrity in compact electronics.
Proficiency with FPC, rigid-flex preferred.
Skilled in schematic/circuit design and experience with analog/digital design.
Experience with EMI/EMC principles and familiarity with mediums such as Ethernet and wireless connectivity (BLE, Wi-Fi, LTE).
Familiarity with hardware architectures for edge computing, including low-power processors, sensor modules, and wireless connectivity (BLE, Wi-Fi, LTE).
Key Experience:
5+ years designing PCBs for consumer electronics or similar high-volume products.
Expertise in designing for scalability, cost efficiency, and reliability while meeting tight size budgets.
Skilled in using tools like oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and JTAG debuggers to resolve hardware issues.
Favorable Experience:
Edge computing applications (on-device ML, real-time sensor fusion).
Familiarity with flex/rigid-flex PCB design or SiP (System-in-Package) technologies.
Knowledge of battery-powered device design and low-power optimization.
What We’re Looking For:
A pragmatic innovator who blends creativity with rigorous attention to detail, has shipped commercial products, and communicates seamlessly with firmware teams.
Equity-Based Compensation:
We are not offering a salary. We are offering an opportunity to be a part of a revolution. You will receive a stake in the company for your engagement. If you are looking for a standard paycheck, this isn’t for you.
