We’re Hiring : IT Support Executives and Sr. Executives
Location: Kolkata-Onsite
Experience: 3+ Years and above
Qualification: Graduate

We’re looking for a hands-on IT Support Engineer to provide technical support, resolve complex IT issues, and ensure a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incidents, service requests & escalations within SLA
Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Linux, hardware & software
Manage Active Directory & Group Policy
Support Microsoft 365 / Exchange
Troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi & firewall issues
Provide basic support for VMware/Hyper-V & endpoint security
Perform RCA and document troubleshooting solutions
Use ITSM/ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA or Freshdesk
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years in IT Support / Desktop Support / Service Desk / IT Operations
Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory & networking
Basic PowerShell/Bash scripting exposure
Strong communication and customer-service skills
