Role Description
As a Graphic Designer at The Trost, you’ll shape the brand’s visual identity across Instagram, Meta ads, campaigns, product launches, stores, and offline experiences. You’ll work across graphic design, short-form video, ad creatives, AI-generated imagery, and branding to create premium, distinctive, and performance-driven content.
Requirements
Create Instagram, social media, and digital creatives including posts, carousels, Stories, and Reels covers.
Develop Meta ad creatives across static, carousel, UGC, product-led, and performance-focused formats.
Create and edit short-form videos, Reels, and ad films, including basic product/lifestyle videography.
Develop creative concepts, moodboards, campaign visuals, and launch creatives.
Work on brand identity and visual branding across campaigns, products, packaging, and communication.
Create AI-generated imagery and visual assets using tools like Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT, Runway, etc.
Design store and offline branding including signage, posters, standees, displays, and retail communication.
Create event and experiential branding including backdrops, invitations, PR kits, gifting, and activation assets.
Maintain consistency across The Trost’s premium visual language, typography, colours, layouts, and design systems.
Explore new design, social media, AI, and creative trends and experiment with fresh formats.
Manage multiple creative requirements while maintaining quality, attention to detail, and timely execution.
Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in D2C, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, wellness, or premium consumer brands.
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, Meta ads, campaigns, and digital creatives.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or equivalent tools.
Experience creating Meta ad creatives and performance-driven visual content.
Strong understanding of Instagram formats, social-first design, typography, colour, composition, and visual storytelling.
Experience in short-form video editing and basic videography; knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools.
Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Runway, or similar.
Experience in branding, packaging, retail/store design, events, or offline communication is an added advantage.
Strong eye for premium aesthetics, attention to detail, and creative execution.
Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and meet tight deadlines.
