We’re looking for an AI Automation & Integrations Engineer / Automation Specialist who can turn business processes into smart, reliable AI and automation solutions across marketing, sales, and operations.
You’ll build AI-powered tools, connect the systems the business relies on, and create workflows that save time, reduce manual work, and improve how the business operates.
What You’ll Do
Build and manage automation workflows across marketing, sales, and operations.
Develop AI agents, assistants, applications, and internal tools using Claude, OpenAI, and similar platforms.
Connect CRMs, databases, email, phone systems, reporting tools, and other business applications.
Build AI workflows that can complete approved multi-step business processes.
Create dashboards and internal tools for KPIs, reporting, analytics, and AI insights.
Build and maintain APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines.
Find repetitive processes and turn them into automation opportunities.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve AI and automation systems.
Use tools like Claude Code to build and improve solutions faster.
Keep production systems secure, reliable, well-documented, and cost-effective.
What You’ll Bring
Strong software development and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with Claude/Claude API, OpenAI, or similar LLM platforms.
Experience building AI agents, assistants, or AI-powered applications.
Experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar automation platforms.
Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and data transformation.
Experience with Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience with databases and SQL.
Knowledge of prompt engineering, function calling, structured outputs, and agent workflows.
Experience building dashboards or internal business tools.
Understanding of authentication, permissions, and secure API development.
Experience with Claude Code or similar AI development tools is a plus.
Knowledge of MCP, RAG, vector databases, cloud platforms, Git/GitHub, or modern web frameworks is a plus.
Ability to understand a business problem and turn it into a practical technical solution.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical ideas in simple terms.
