A great construction project starts with a great estimate.
We’re looking for a skilled Construction Estimator who can read plans, build accurate takeoffs, and turn project details into clear and competitive bids.
You’ll play an important role in helping the team price projects correctly, meet bid deadlines, and win more work. If you’re detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers, and know construction estimating, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
Review construction plans, drawings, and project specifications.
Perform material and labor quantity takeoffs.
Prepare accurate project estimates and competitive bids.
Send RFPs to vendors and collect and compare quotes.
Prepare RFIs when project details are missing or unclear.
Estimate electrical and lighting work.
Review plans for scope changes, missing details, and possible cost issues.
Keep estimates, pricing, and project files organized and updated.
Use STACK, Bluebeam, or similar estimating software.
Work with vendors, clients, and internal teams to meet bid deadlines.
Manage multiple estimates while keeping your work accurate and on schedule.
What You’ll Bring
Experience in construction estimating and quantity takeoffs.
Strong ability to read and understand construction plans and drawings.
Experience preparing bids, estimates, and project pricing.
Experience reviewing and comparing vendor quotes.
Basic knowledge of electrical and lighting systems.
Experience with STACK, Bluebeam, or similar software.
Good understanding of construction materials, labor, and costs.
Strong English communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organization.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Comfortable handling multiple projects at once.
