Role Overview:
Lead and manage the dealer loyalty and engagement program, driving stronger dealer relationships, higher program participation, and business impact through data-driven insights and analytics.
Required Skills
Key Requirements:5+ years of experience in Dealer Loyalty, Dealer Engagement, Channel Partner Programs, or Relationship Management.
Preferred industry background: Large FMCG companies, Paints, Pipes, Building Materials, Construction Chemicals, Consumer Durables, FMCD, or allied sectors.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and networking skills.
Proficiency in data analytics, AI tools, and program performance management.
Ability to engage with senior dealers and channel partners across markets.
Willingness to travel extensively.
