Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead design projects from concept through completion, ensuring cohesive and high-quality outcomes for premium residences, office spaces, and boutique hotels. This full-time, on-site role is based in Navi Mumbai and involves meeting clients, understanding requirements, developing design concepts, preparing presentations, and coordinating with consultants and contractors. Daily responsibilities include space planning, overseeing construction drawings, selecting materials and finishes, managing FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and monitoring project timelines and quality. The Senior Interior Designer will mentor junior team members, participate in design reviews, and ensure that all projects align with the studio’s standards and client expectations.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning, with experience in premium residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
Solid understanding of Architecture and coordination with structural, MEP, and other allied disciplines.
Ability to develop detailed Construction Drawings and documentation suitable for execution on site.
Hands-on experience with FF&E selection, specification, and coordination, including materials, finishes, and accessories.
Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, or similar tools).
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with several years of progressive design experience.
Excellent communication, client-facing, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a studio environment.
Strong project management abilities, including time management, attention to detail, and overseeing on-site execution.
