Hiring for a GM – Head of Business Finance & MIS for one of the leading enterprise IT
solutions and digital transformation services provider.

Role details:
• Title / Designation: Head of Business Finance & MIS
• Location: Chennai
• Reporting Manager: Group CFO
Role & responsibilities:
• Partner with Business, Sales and Delivery Heads to drive revenue, profitability, margins
and overall business performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, variance analysis and scenario
modelling across multiple business units.
• Own MIS, management reporting and executive dashboards covering key financial and
operational KPIs.
• Lead pricing, deal evaluation, profitability modelling and commercial negotiations for
strategic deals.
• Oversee revenue assurance, project/customer profitability, margin improvement and
commercial governance.
Candidate requirements:
• CA / CMA with 12–15 years of post-qualification experience in Business Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance and MIS.
• Mandatory experience in Software / IT Services, Products or Consulting organizations.
• Strong experience in FP&A, MIS, revenue assurance, pricing, deal evaluation and project profitability.
• Strong understanding of Fixed Price, T&M, Managed Services, Licensing and SaaS/Subscription business models.
• Proven team leadership experience with exposure to multiple business units and international operations.
