Role Summary
The Recruiter Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, offer management and joining formalities. This role provides hands-on exposure to recruitment practices and is suitable for candidates looking to build a career in HR and Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Understand hiring requirements and prepare candidate search strategies.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate calls and assess basic suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assist with offer coordination and candidate closure.
Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.
Maintain candidate databases, trackers and recruitment MIS.
Support the team in various end-to-end recruitment activities.
Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
Good sourcing and candidate-screening abilities.
Comfortable using job portals and LinkedIn.
Good MS Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
