Director / Sr. Director, Head of Integrations

This is a senior commercial product leadership role responsible for defining and executing the strategy for a broad ecosystem of partner and integration capabilities. You will shape packaged, white-label, AI-native, embedded, and custom integration solutions designed to accelerate enterprise growth and partner-led expansion. The role combines product strategy, technical integration expertise, commercial ownership, and executive-level relationship management. You will work closely with strategic HR technology partners, enterprise customers, Product, Engineering, Revenue, Partnerships, and Operations teams. A major focus will be turning recurring partner needs into scalable APIs, workflows, platform capabilities, and reusable product primitives rather than bespoke solutions. You will also connect integration investments to measurable outcomes such as adoption, revenue, activation, expansion, retention, and time-to-value. This is a highly visible, market-facing opportunity for an experienced HR tech product leader who can operate strategically while driving execution across complex partner ecosystems.
