Role Description
We are seeking individuals with 2+ years of experience who
Seek perfection and expect software to behave well
Bring a combination of creativity and analytical thinking to the testing process
Can analyze requirements and write test cases to cover all possible paths
Can support the business and development teams by identifying gaps in the requirements
Are comfortable working with web and mobile (Android and iOS) applications
Have a keen eye for detail and can point out even single-pixel differences between UX designs and actual implementation
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing
Strong proficiency in testing methodologies, tools, and strategies for both manual and automated testing
Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java) and automation/testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium)
Experience with agile development methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (Git, SVN, etc.)
Experience with both web and mobile app testing
Ability to lead, mentor, and coach junior QA staff to improve team performance
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think outside of the box
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms is a plus
ISTQB or other software testing certification is a plus
Exposed to automated testing using tools like Selenium and Robot Frameworks
A strong personality who can stick to their guns on quality and convince development teams to improve
