Operations Executive | Ship-to-Ship (STS)

Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive / Coordinator – Ship-to-Ship (STS) to join the Operations team in Delhi. The role will be responsible for planning and coordinating STS operations, liaising with vessels, agents, clients, and operational teams, and ensuring smooth, safe, and timely execution of ship-to-ship activities.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate Ship-to-Ship (STS) operations based on vessel schedules and operational requirements.
Coordinate with vessels, agents, clients, Person in Overall Advisory Control (POAC), and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of STS operations.
Monitor vessel ETA/ETD and provide timely operational updates to relevant stakeholders.
Arrange logistics for equipment, personnel, and other resources required for STS operations.
Coordinate with Mooring Masters regarding operational planning and requirements.
Provide shore-based operational support to offshore teams during live STS operations.
Monitor weather conditions and operational developments and communicate relevant updates to the concerned teams.
Ensure compliance with applicable STS guidelines, safety requirements, and company procedures.
Maintain effective communication, operational records, and documentation throughout the STS operation.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues and ensure timely completion of activities.
Key Requirements
MBA in a relevant field.
6 months to 2 years of experience in operations, shipping, maritime, or a related field.
Freshers with a relevant MBA may also be considered.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple time-sensitive operational activities.
Good working knowledge of MS Office.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in operational documentation.
Ability to coordinate effectively with vessels, agents, clients, offshore teams, and other stakeholders.
Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented approach to operational challenges.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced maritime operations environment.
