Director of Artificial Intelligence

We are hiring a senior technology leader to drive AI Engineering, Agentic AI, AI Platforms and Product Engineering for a growing digital technology organization.
This is a hands-on engineering leadership role focused on building and scaling AI-native platforms, GenAI solutions, agents, copilots, automation frameworks and reusable technology products.
Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise AI, GenAI and Agentic AI engineering initiatives.
Architect and scale AI platforms, RAG solutions, multi-agent systems, copilots and intelligent workflows.
Drive development of reusable AI products, accelerators and solution IP.
Modernize existing platforms and embed AI capabilities into products and workflows.
Lead full-stack product engineering across Python, ReactJS, APIs, microservices, AWS and databases.
Establish AI engineering, architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, security and governance standards.
Build and lead teams of AI Engineers, Architects, Platform Engineers and Full-Stack Engineers.
Drive enterprise AI adoption and measurable productivity, automation and business impact.
Ideal Candidate
15+ years in software engineering, product engineering, AI or technology leadership.
Strong experience leading large engineering teams and enterprise-scale programs.
Proven experience building and deploying AI platforms or AI-enabled products into production.
Deep understanding of LLMs, GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG, vector databases and AI orchestration.
Exposure to OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI or similar technologies.
Strong background in Python, ReactJS, AWS, microservices, APIs, DevOps and CI/CD.
Ability to combine strategic leadership with hands-on architecture and engineering depth.
