Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Smartphone Videographers based in Patna. The role involves planning and shooting short-form video content using smartphones for social media, websites, and digital campaigns, following brand guidelines and creative briefs. Responsibilities include capturing high-quality footage, basic in-phone editing, adding captions or simple effects, and collaborating with the marketing and design teams to create engaging visual stories. The Smartphone Videographers will also help brainstorm content ideas, adapt videos for different platforms, and ensure all content aligns with BrandMark Solutions’ performance-driven branding and marketing strategies. The role requires consistent on-site presence for shoots, team meetings, and coordination with clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong smartphone videography skills, including framing, lighting, and audio capture, with a good visual storytelling sense.
Experience using mobile video editing apps (e.g., CapCut, InShot, VN, Adobe Premiere Rush) to create polished short-form content.
Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Reels) and trends relevant to video content.
Ability to follow creative briefs, work closely with designers and marketers, and adapt content to different brand styles.
Basic knowledge of branding and digital marketing concepts such as audience targeting, engagement, and conversion-focused content.
Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work on-site in Patna on a consistent schedule.
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset; comfortable giving and receiving feedback to improve content quality.
Prior experience in videography, content creation, or social media production is preferred; a portfolio or sample work is highly beneficial.
Relevant education in media, communication, film, marketing, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
