Role Description
We are seeking a talented Packaging Designer to collaborate with us in shaping the future of Urban Nosh.
This role involves developing premium packaging concepts, creating a cohesive visual identity, and designing packaging systems across our product range. You will work closely with the founders to create designs that feel elevated, contemporary, and memorable while staying true to our legacy.
Responsibilities include:
Designing luxury packaging for pouches, boxes, gift hampers, and festive collections
Developing brand patterns, visual systems, and packaging architecture
Creating print-ready artwork and production files
Researching packaging trends, materials, and finishes
Working with manufacturers to ensure design feasibility
Maintaining consistency across all brand touchpoints
Contributing creative ideas that help Urban Nosh stand apart in the premium food and gifting space
What We're Looking For
We are specifically looking for a Luxury FMCG Packaging Designer with experience creating premium packaging systems for consumer brands. Applicants should have a strong portfolio showcasing food, beverage, gifting, personal care, or other retail packaging projects.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Packaging Design and Brand Identity Design
Exceptional understanding of typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling
Experience creating premium packaging systems and consumer-facing products
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent software
Knowledge of print production, packaging materials, foiling, embossing, specialty finishes, and structural packaging
Strong conceptual thinking and attention to detail
Ability to balance aesthetics with commercial functionality
Experience in food, beverage, luxury retail, gifting, or lifestyle brands is preferred
