Data Analyst - Marketing (Remote)

We are looking for a Data Analyst (Online Marketing) to support data-driven decision-making across digital marketing initiatives. This role will analyze marketing performance data, identify trends and optimization opportunities, and translate findings into clear recommendations that improve campaign effectiveness and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities Include
Analyze CRO, SEO, PPC, and digital marketing performance data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
Prepare analytical reports and performance summaries covering campaigns, traffic sources, conversion activities, and key marketing metrics.
Support the development and refinement of measurement frameworks used to evaluate digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Evaluate marketing performance and investigate data-driven issues, risks, and opportunities to support informed business decisions.
Analyze user behavior, customer journeys, and conversion pathways to identify opportunities to improve digital experiences and campaign effectiveness.
Assess intake funnels, landing page performance, and A/B or multivariate testing results, providing actionable recommendations based on findings.
Develop and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and presentations that turn complex marketing data into clear business insights.
Use AI, analytics tools, and other relevant systems to improve research, analysis, reporting efficiency, and the quality of insights.
Clearly frame analytical problems, investigate root causes, and take ownership of recommendations through validation using relevant KPIs, performance data, or feedback.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Experience analyzing digital marketing data and translating findings into actionable business recommendations.
Hands-on exposure to CRO, SEO, PPC, campaign performance, conversion analysis, and digital marketing metrics.
Ability to analyze trends, identify performance gaps, and investigate the factors affecting marketing outcomes.
Experience working with dashboards, data visualizations, analytical reports, and performance summaries.
Familiarity with A/B testing, multivariate testing, funnels, landing page analysis, and customer journey analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to define questions clearly and use data to validate conclusions.
Practical experience using AI tools as part of day-to-day analysis, research, reporting, or productivity workflows.
Ability to use data, KPIs, and performance feedback to assess whether recommendations or optimization efforts are producing meaningful results.
