D2C / E-commerce/ Retail Accountant
We’re looking for an Accountant with hands-on D2C / E-commerce experience to join our team.
If you understand retail accounting is more than just bookkeeping — and have experience with marketplace reconciliation, payment gateways, GST, inventory and MIS — we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be responsible for:
• Day-to-day accounting & bookkeeping
• Worked on Amazon Seller Central, Nykaa, and other marketplaces, and is comfortable with marketplace accounting and reconciliation.
Knowledge of Indian taxation, GST, and relevant regulatory compliance for consumer products and online sales.
Ability to manage inventory accounting, cost tracking, and margin analysis for skincare and haircare products.
• Bank, payment gateway & marketplace reconciliation
• Shopify / D2C sales reconciliation
• Amazon / Flipkart & more reconciliation
• Maintain accounting records in Tally / Zoho Books / ERP
• COD, refunds, cancellations & RTO reconciliation
• GST, TDS & TCS reconciliation
• Inventory, COGS & SKU-level costing
• Monthly P&L and management MIS
• Channel-wise & SKU-wise profitability reporting
• Accounts payable / receivable
• Cash-flow and working-capital tracking
• Coordination with CA, auditors, vendors & internal teams
What we’re looking for:
✅ 2–3 years of accounting experience
✅ D2C / E-commerce experience is strongly preferred
✅ Strong knowledge of GST, TDS & TCS
✅ Experience with Tally / Zoho Books / ERP
✅ Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
✅ Experience with payment gateways & marketplace settlements
✅ Good understanding of inventory & COGS
✅ Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills
The ideal candidate is someone who can look at our sales and tell us where the money went — from order to settlement to bank to P&L.
📍 Location: Bandra West, Mumbai
💼 Experience: 2–3 years
💰 CTC: ₹3.8–₹4.2 LPA, depending on experience and interview performance
