Sales & Aggregator Accounting Executive/Associate
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales & Aggregator Accounting professional to manage reconciliation, reporting, and financial accuracy across all sales channels and third-party aggregator/marketplace platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reconcile daily/monthly sales data from aggregators (e.g., Swiggy, Zomato, Amazon, Flipkart, or similar platforms depending on industry) against internal sales records and bank settlements
2. Verify commission deductions, discounts, refunds, and payout discrepancies charged by aggregators
3. Prepare and maintain sales MIS reports, revenue reconciliation sheets, and variance analysis
4. Coordinate with aggregator support teams to resolve payment mismatches or short settlements
5. Post journal entries related to sales, commissions, and aggregator receivables in the accounting system (Tally/SAP/Zoho/etc.)
6. Track aggregator receivables and ensure timely collection/settlement
7. Support month-end and year-end closing related to sales and aggregator accounts
8. Ensure compliance with GST/tax requirements on aggregator-based sales
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance
2. 1–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably with exposure to e-commerce, food delivery, retail, or aggregator-based sales
3. Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and accounting software
4. Strong reconciliation and analytical skills
5. Attention to detail and ability to handle high transaction volumes
