Handled sourcing, screening, onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.
Monitored employee attendance, leaves, and absenteeism through biometric systems.
Prepared monthly HR MIS and manpower reports for management.
Coordinated employee engagement activities and resolved manpower-related issues.
Managed HR administration, compliance documentation, and bill processing.
Ensured smooth day-to-day HR operations and effective coordination with employees and stakeholders.
