The Opportunity
As Mechanical Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of assigned projects – ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll lead a team of site managers, engineers, quantity surveyors and specialists, coordinating resources and driving performance throughout the project lifecycle.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading and managing project delivery end-to-end
Managing commercial performance alongside the Project QS
Coordinating procurement of subcontractors, plant and materials
Driving safety, compliance, and quality on site
Issuing weekly project progress reports (incl. RFIs, procurement status, critical issues)
Overseeing design development and value engineering
Chairing project meetings with design teams and subcontractors
Maintaining strong client relationships and supporting new business opportunities
Requirements
5–10 years’ experience in a mechanical project management role, ideally within M&E contracting
Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
High attention to detail and a commitment to safe delivery
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in English is essential
