Founders Associate

ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a early stage AI powered enterprise content platform as a Founders Associate working closely with the CEO on sales, operations and company building as an early commercial hire. Based in Munich, you will help shape the go to market and operational backbone.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own outbound and pipeline development to accelerate revenue growth.
- Support sales conversations and client interactions in German and English.
- Help with daily operations, process building, and cross functional coordination.
- Collaborate on product and content strategy to improve market visibility.
- Engage in hands on work with key tools and platforms to enable performance.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1.5 2 years of full time work experience plus a willingness to own outbound and pipeline
- Experience in a consultancy or startup environment is a plus; strong sales affinity
- Hands on experience with Claude Code or Cursor is a must have
- Has previously built something independently such as a startup, product, community or side project
- Strong German and English communication skills; CMS familiarity with Framer Webflow Figma is a plus
- Founding experience or high performance background is advantageous
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary range: 65,000 EUR to 130,000 EUR annually. Equity opportunity: 0.5 to 1 percent. Visa sponsorship not available.
LOCATION
Primary location: Munich, Bavaria, Germany. This is an on site role with on site collaboration.
