We are a Salesforce & Microsoft Product (ISV) Partner, and looking for FDE Business Analysts to work with our large Indian customers for our AI-driven security and compliance platform.
What a forward deployed engineer is:
You turn a customer's real process into a data model and automation design, then build it yourself in their org - you're in their office, embedded with their team, and you're who they call when it breaks.
What you own:
The room. Discovery with the customer's team - systems, data ownership, and what their process claims versus what actually happens
The design. Turn discovery into a data model and automation design, and defend it to people who've done this for twenty years - the heart of the job
The build. Objects, fields, flows, reports, dashboards, permissions, configured by you directly, start to finish
The go-live. User stories, UAT, sign-offs, and the honest call on readiness even when everyone's hoping to hear yes
We look for solid Service Cloud experience because that's where the case-management instincts get built - triage, SLAs, ownership, escalation, evidence before close. Those instincts transfer directly onto how we model and close a finding.
What we're looking for:
2-3 years of hands-on technical delivery, customer-facing - Salesforce partner, SI, or consultancy
Real Salesforce delivery. Service Cloud or equivalent case-management work; ServiceNow welcome too
Comfortable declaratively too - objects, flows, permission sets. You configure as much as you design
Genuine skill at analyzing requirements - a messy conversation with four people who disagree goes in, a defensible design comes out
Clear, confident English - you'll be in front of senior stakeholders early
AI is a working method here, not a feature you switch on. The bar goes beyond configuring a packaged assistant - you should already use AI to analyze requirements, build designs, and stress-test your own thinking
In the interview you'll work a real problem with AI and say what you trusted and rejected
Hard requirement - daily onsite across Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai - fully in-person
