Role Overview
Managing International Operations & Marketing and manage the company’s overseas operational and marketing activities. The role combines technical coordination, supervision of equipment installation and commissioning, customer support, international business development and brand promotion.
The candidate will act as the primary link between the company, international customers, distributors, service teams and project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
International Operations
Coordinate international projects from order confirmation through installation and commissioning.
Review project requirements, technical drawings, installation layouts and site conditions.
Plan and supervise the installation and commissioning of our product and other company equipment at customer sites.
Ensure that installations are completed according to approved drawings, technical specifications and safety standards.
Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to customers, contractors and installation teams.
Troubleshoot installation and operational issues and coordinate with the engineering and production teams for solutions.
Prepare installation schedules, site reports, commissioning records and customer feedback reports.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide operational and maintenance training to customer teams.
Coordinate travel, documentation, tools and other requirements for international site visits.
Maintain regular communication with customers during and after project execution.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial or a related engineering field.
Experience in industrial equipment, cement plants, bulk-material handling or project execution would be preferred.
Ability to understand technical drawings and installation requirements.
Strong communication, presentation and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within India and internationally.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with multicultural teams.
Proficiency in English and standard office applications.
A valid passport and readiness to undertake international assignments are essential.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Pneumatic systems or material-flow equipment.
Experience in equipment installation, commissioning and troubleshooting.
Understanding of cement-manufacturing processes and common material-flow problems.
Experience in preparing technical proposals and conducting customer presentations.
Knowledge of CAD or similar software is preferred.
Travel History
· Previous travel history would be preferred.
· Passport is a must for this position.
· Readiness to Travel anywhere in the world is preferred.
