BIM Manager

A nationally recognized engineering and technology-focused consulting firm is seeking a BIM Manager to lead BIM strategy, model management, and technical support across complex building and infrastructure projects. This role offers the opportunity to work with multidisciplinary engineering teams on high-profile projects while driving BIM standards, enhancing workflows, and mentoring users across the organization. The ideal candidate is a Revit expert, strong communicator, and collaborative leader who is passionate about leveraging technology to improve project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the setup, management, and coordination of Revit models and cloud-based BIM collaboration platforms.
Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, workflows, and quality control procedures.
Manage model health, worksharing environments, project phasing, design options, and advanced family creation.
Coordinate closely with engineering, project management, and design teams to ensure efficient project execution.
Provide technical troubleshooting, user support, and BIM training across multiple project teams.
Oversee model coordination and clash detection processes utilizing Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
7+ years of experience producing construction documents and BIM models within an engineering consulting environment.
Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows.
Strong experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, and Navisworks.
Familiarity with MEP engineering documentation and multidisciplinary project coordination.
Experience developing BIM standards, templates, families, and implementation procedures.
Ability to manage multiple projects, mentor team members, and communicate effectively in a remote environment.
