Job Overview
Wanna Party is looking for a Senior E-Commerce Executive with strong hands-on experience in marketplace management. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central, Blinkit, Swiggy etc.
The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day marketplace operations, creating invoices, raising tickets, taking appointments for PO's and identifying opportunities to increase sales.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations across Amazon, Swiggy and Blinkit
Identify Disputes and Track them till its resolved
Manage Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central and resolve marketplace-related issues.
Monitor account health, suppressed listings, policy issues and performance metrics.
Conduct keyword, competitor and category research to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate inventory planning and maintain adequate stock levels for key products.
Monitor returns, cancellations, claims, reimbursements and other marketplace issues.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly marketplace performance reports.
3+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce or marketplace management.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
