Position: UI/UX Design Intern
Job Type: Internship (Unpaid)
Duration: 3 Months (Leading to paid/full-time role based on performance)
Location: Remote
Timings: Flexible (8 Hours / Day, Monday – Friday)
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented UI/UX Design Intern to join our team remotely. This internship offers direct hands-on experience working on real digital products, including mobile apps and web platforms. You will design actual product features, refine user flows, and build a strong portfolio while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.
Key Responsibilities
Wireframing & Prototyping: Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows using Figma.
UI Design: Design clean, modern, and intuitive mobile app and web interfaces following standard design guidelines.
Asset Preparation: Prepare UI kits, layout specs, icons, and design assets for developer handoff.
Component Design: Assist in building and updating standard design systems and UI component libraries.
Communication & Delivery: Stay active in team updates, attend remote syncs, and complete design tasks within agreed project timelines.
Requirements & Qualifications
Tools: Basic-to-intermediate hands-on skills in Figma.
Design Fundamentals: Clear understanding of layout grids, typography, color theory, and mobile/web design patterns.
Portfolio Required: A Behance, Dribbble, or Figma link showcasing sample UI design work (academic, personal, or practice projects).
Work Setup & Availability: Must have a reliable computer/laptop, stable internet connection, and the availability to commit 8 flexible hours daily.
Mindset: Self-motivated, punctual with deadlines, observant, and enthusiastic about UI/UX design.
