Experienced Product Manager (Remote – Part Time)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, data-driven Part-Time Product Manager to join our team for 4 hours a day. In this role, you will work closely with our engineering, UI/UX, and marketing teams to streamline workflows, optimize app performance, and drive product growth across our mobile and web applications.
Key Responsibilities
Product Execution: Direct daily development sprints, remove execution blockers, and ensure timely feature rollouts within your 4-hour window.
Roadmap & Prioritization: Define feature goals, write clear technical requirements, and prioritize backlogs to align with business objectives.
Data & Growth Analytics: Monitor retention, churn, and conversion funnels using analytics platforms (Firebase, GA4, RevenueCat) to iterate on key product flows.
UX/UI Oversight: Collaborate with designers to review user journeys, onboarding flows, and UI wireframes for continuous improvement.
Monetization Optimization: Analyze and improve in-app subscriptions, freemium conversions, and ad monetization performance.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 2–3+ years of hands-on Product Management experience (Mobile Apps / SaaS focus preferred).
Availability: Dedicated 4 hours per day with consistent daily availability.
Technical & Analytics Stack: Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Linear, Firebase, GA4, and RevenueCat.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional alignment.
