Role Description:
As a Fulltime Data Science Trainer at Henry Harvin India, you will deliver remote, instructor-led training sessions on core and advanced data science topics, including statistics, machine learning, data visualization, and analytical tools. You will design and refine curriculum, prepare lesson plans and learning materials, and create practical exercises, projects, and assessments that help learners apply concepts to real-world scenarios. The role involves mentoring learners, addressing queries, providing constructive feedback, and tracking progress to support successful course completion. You will collaborate with academic and product teams to update course content based on industry trends, contribute to workshops or webinars, and ensure that training aligns with Henry Harvin’s quality standards and learning outcomes.
Qualifications:
Strong foundation in Data Science Education with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and accessibly.
Solid background in Mathematics and Statistics relevant to data science, including probability, linear algebra, and analytical problem-solving.
Proven experience as a Qualified Teacher, Instructor, or Trainer, with a track record of effective classroom or online facilitation.
Hands-on proficiency with data science tools and languages (such as Python/R, SQL, data visualization libraries, and machine learning frameworks).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups in a remote setting.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related field.
Experience teaching or working in edtech or professional training organizations is an advantage.
