Role Description:
This is a part-time, remote role for a Freelance SAP EHS Trainer. The trainer will design and deliver online training sessions on SAP EHS modules, ensuring content is aligned with industry standards and learner needs. Responsibilities include preparing training materials and case studies, conducting interactive sessions, assessing learner performance, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves updating course content based on SAP EHS developments, collaborating with the academic team to improve curriculum, and maintaining high levels of learner engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Strong Training experience, particularly in corporate or professional education environments.
Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse learner groups.
Hands-on experience with SAP EHS modules and practical understanding of EHS processes and compliance.
Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or facilitator in SAP or EHS-related domains is highly beneficial.
Comfort with remote teaching tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and virtual classroom platforms.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, safety management, or a related field; advanced certifications in SAP are an advantage.
Ability to work independently, meet training schedules, and maintain professional standards in a freelance setting.
