Qualification/ Experience
CA is must with 02 to 05 years of experience
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗢𝘄𝗻:
✅ Monthly and annual financial closing across multiple entities
✅ Revenue recognition, expense accounting, accruals & provisioning
✅ Audit management and timely closure of statutory, internal & tax audits
✅ End-to-end compliance – GST, VAT, TDS, Income Tax, Corporate Tax & other statutory filings
✅ Multi-entity accounting, inter-company reconciliations & consolidation support
✅ General Ledger management, AR/AP oversight, vendor reconciliations & cash flow monitoring
✅ Employee, crew and vendor payment governance
✅ MIS preparation, budgeting, forecasting & management reporting
✅ Development of financial controls, processes, SOPs & risk management frameworks
✅ Team leadership, stakeholder management & capability building
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴:
🎓 Qualified CA (Mandatory)
📆 2–5 years of post-qualification experience
🌍 Proven experience managing accounting and finance operations across multiple entities/companies
💡 Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Corporate Tax and statutory compliances
🖥️ Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
📊 Strong analytical skills with expertise in MIS, budgeting and financial reporting
🤝 Experience managing audits, reconciliations, internal controls and process improvements
👥 Prior team management experience with the ability to work with senior leadership
