Senior Executive Influencer Marketing

Roles & Responsibilities: -
We are seeking a digitally savvy, experienced marketing mind to develop and implement our influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns from ideation to execution. Your job duties will include identifying new partnership opportunities, developing relationships with prominent influencers, and brainstorming creative and engaging content ideas for influencer campaigns targeting different social media platforms.
Identify new opportunities for collaborating with established influencers on Instagram and YouTube and come up with innovative ways to approach influencer campaigns and build relationships with prominent influencers.
Develop content ideas and write and curate content.
Set up and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the campaign’s success. Generate and present reports on campaign performance. Liaise with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels. Work with the marketing and design team to post influencer content on social media platforms. Serve as a liaison between our brand ambassadors/influencers and the marketing team.
Cultivate professional partnerships with existing contacts.
Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes. Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users.
Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns. Keep abreast of emerging trends on social media, technologies and influencers to provide recommendations for future campaigns. Research market data and trends to establish best practices related to influencer campaigns.
Experience:- 2 - 6 years of experience in talent management or working with celebrities/influencers in an e-commerce / D2C platform products’ brand preferably beauty / cosmetics. Interest and passion for beauty is a must.
Skills:- Team player who displays a positive, professional attitude at all times who knows the influencer world Extensive network of influencers, In-depth knowledge of influencer dynamics, industry trends, and campaign strategies and experience in handling influencers community Knowledge of techniques to improve the performance of influencers Understand brands brief and explain the same to the influencers Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while also being a team player Well organized with great time management skills. Great Networking aptitude. Energetic, enthusiastic, proactive and Self driven and results-driven mindseterbal and written communication skills
