Business Controller Agro Testing CEE (m/f/d)

As Business Controller CEE, you will play a key role in steering the financial performance of a rapidly growing region. You act as a trusted business partner to the Regional Leader and Managing Directors, translating strategy into actionable financial insights and KPIs.
You combine strong analytical capabilities with a hands-on mindset and act as a driver for continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
Lead and support the budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes
Analyze financial performance and explain variances vs. budget and forecast
Translate strategic objectives into clear KPIs and performance frameworks
Support decision-making through business cases and scenario analyses
Monitor and optimize cost base and net working capital
Act as primary finance contact for regional leadership and country management teams
Drive performance improvement initiatives across the region
Collaborate with finance peers across countries and business line functions
Your profile
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
2–5 years of experience in business controlling or similar role
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Proactive, hands-on, and results-driven approach
Comfortable working independently and in an international environment
Strong communication skills with ability to challenge and influence stakeholders
Experience in a corporate/multinational environment
Advanced Excel skills (knowledge of Cognos is a plus)
Fluent in English
