Role Description The Wedding Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of weddings and related events. This position oversees client consultations to understand preferences and budgets, develops detailed event plans and timelines, and manages vendor coordination for décor, photography, catering, and other services. The role includes supervising on-ground teams during events to ensure smooth operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, and addressing client queries or issues promptly. The Wedding Head monitors event quality, manages documentation and reporting, and collaborates with management to refine processes and enhance the overall guest experience.
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain positive client relationships.
Photography and product photography skills, with an eye for detail in capturing event elements and setups.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and related tools to support visual presentations, mood boards, and marketing materials.
Proven team leadership capabilities, including managing diverse on-ground event teams and vendor partners.
Prior experience in wedding or event planning, hospitality, or a related field.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple events and deadlines.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, based on event schedules.
