Someone who's young and love startups, and very into consumer apps.

No endless swiping. No looking at 6 profile photos
Drop your vibe → find your vibe → hit "Dance With Me" button → match → meet IRL.
We're playing in two massive spaces:
Social networking — ~$98.6B market
Online dating — ~$12.1B market
And Baila sits between: social networking + dating
We're definitely not trying to build another app where people collect matches and never meet.
We're trying to change how people connect in real life.
What You'll Own
Technical direction, architecture, product building, shipping the MVP → production, and eventually building the engineering team.
This isn't a coding job,
We need someone who wants to build the company from scratch.
