Head of Operations

What you will do
• Coordinate important cross-team tasks
• Track operational metrics and follow through on issues
• Work with vendors and internal stakeholders when needed
• Document simple, repeatable ways of working
• Improve recurring processes and internal workflows
What we are looking for
• Significant leadership experience in the relevant function
• Strong judgement and ability to make decisions with incomplete information
• Experience building teams, setting priorities, and managing performance
• Excellent communication with senior internal and external stakeholders
• An understanding of the Australian business environment is useful.
