Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Executive role for freshers, based in Rajkot, Gujarat. The HR Executive will support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes. The role involves helping implement HR policies, supporting performance management documentation, and assisting in employee engagement initiatives. The HR Executive will also coordinate training sessions, handle basic employee queries, and ensure HR processes comply with company standards. Collaboration with other departments and accurate documentation will be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
Candidates should possess practical skills in HR Operations and HR Policies implementation.
Candidates should possess strong abilities in Employee Relations and employee support.
Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and basic MS Office proficiency.
Ability to work on-site in Rajkot and willingness to learn in a fast-paced NBFC environment; Gujarat domicile preferred as per role requirement.
