Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Executive role based in Rajkot, intended for freshers who are residents of Gujarat. The HR Executive will assist in day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities, and coordinating onboarding processes. The role involves helping implement HR policies, assisting in handling employee queries, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives. The HR Executive will support compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements, coordinate with different departments for HR-related activities, and prepare basic HR reports and documentation. The position offers an opportunity to learn and grow in core HR functions within a professional financial services environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
